Metrick Consultancy, founded on 24th September 2021 by Chloe Raistrick at the age of 23, is now a growing and successful business that specialises in securing people and businesses with grants and accreditations.
The consultancy provides a bespoke service tailored to each client's needs. The team engages in detailed discussions with clients to understand project challenges thoroughly. They conduct comprehensive national and area searches for grants to identify suitable funding opportunities that align with client's goals.

Laura Marriner - Business Development Manager
Laura joined Metrick Consultancy in February 2024. She brings a wealth of experience from a diverse range of sectors, including local government, NHS, education, financial services, training, private security, and private healthcare. Laura began her career with the company as an administrator, and through her dedication and passion, she was quickly promoted to Business Development Manager.
Amelia Kurczewska - Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice
Amelia joined Metrick Consultancy in November 2024. Starting at the age of 16, she gained valuable experience working as a production operative and then as a sales assistant in retail. After achieving excellent A-level results (AAB), she embarked on a new journey as a multi-channel marketer apprentice at Metrick, where she is continuously learning and developing her skills.
